Vitaminas

Vitaminas is a healthy Portuguese fast food chain that was created in 1998 by Rui Sanches. The young man, who had recently graduated in management, felt there was a need for a restaurant where he could have a healthy lunch or dinner without having to spend too much money. He borrowed money from his father to open the first Vitaminas restaurant in the Atrium Saldanha, in Lisbon.

The new fast food concept started to grow and become popular, and Rui Sanches opened new restaurants, first in the Tivoli Fórum, then in Cascais Shopping and later in Oeiras Parque. From then on, Vitaminas expanded its presence and is a national success throughout the country.

All this success is only possible because the customers can make their own salad or choice of sandwich with a broad variety of ingredients, or follow the suggestions of the restaurant. There are also natural juices, soups and desserts, offering customers quality, healthy and tasty meals. The prices are accessible, ranging from 4€ - special menu, including a sandwich and the juice of the day, to 7,20€ - a salad with pasta and ingredients chosen by the customer, including other equally appealing solutions.

In the Vitaminas outlet restaurant of Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet, you can take a break from your shopping and enjoy a deliciously healthy meal at a very reasonable price.

You can now eat a good, healthy and reasonably priced meal. Come and visit us!
